What is your minimum order quantity? +
Standard MOQ is 6,000 pairs per style. For mixed container orders, 3-5 styles to fill a 20ft container (approx. 60,000-80,000 pairs). We can accommodate smaller orders for samples.
Do you provide free samples? +
Yes — 5 free pairs (any style) to verified distributors. You pay courier only (typically $30-50 DHL). We refund this on orders above 10,000 pairs.
What are your payment terms? +
30% deposit, 70% before shipment (T/T). L/C available for orders above $50,000. We accept wire transfer to our China company account or PayPal for samples.
How do I track my order? +
We send real-time production photos weekly. Pre-shipment inspection by SGS/BV available. BL copy and inspection report sent before loading. You can track via freight forwarder's system.
Can you handle SONCAP / KEBS / SASO documentation? +
Yes — we handle SONCAP PC+SC for Nigeria, KEBS PVoC for Kenya, SASO/SABER for Saudi Arabia, INMETRO for Brazil, and SNI for Indonesia. All documentation included in the quoted price.
